Trading Terms

All new customers are required to pay on a pro-forma invoice basis, and payment must be made prior to the goods leaving our premises. This also applies to any future orders placed.
Delivery Charges will be added to each order. As each individual order is different for example, in product selection, weight and location, delivery charges will be added to reflect this.
VAT will also be charged at the rate of 17.5%.
For customers who order on a regular basis a Thirty-day account may be granted, subject to credit checks and references being suitable . An Account Application Form is available upon request.
Export
We have been exporting our products for many years now and are well experienced with packaging etc.
Payment for all Export orders is required prior to despatch, whether collected by customers designated Shipper or if we deliver to the Shipper.
Delivery charges will apply if we deliver to customers designated Shipper on the UK Mainland. These charges will depend on weight and location.
We have a number of Transport Companies/Shipper from whom we can request a quote for Shipping if required.
